How do I order?
Ordering is simple. All you need to do is to 'CLICK HERE'. and complete a simple form on-line. Once this form is completed, our project team will contact you to discuss implementation.
We hand-hold you through the simple survey sheet we need to complete to properly gauge your needs. Once that survey is done, we proceed as soon as possible so that you get the benefits at the earliest opportunity. We handle everything including porting in your landline numbers, managing mobile SIMS and rolling out our software client to your mobiles.

When do I start paying?
In the first instance, we do not charge you for rentals. Initially, you only pay the £10 per user set-up cost (min charge of £25 overall). This contributes to our project team's expenses for setting up your system. We only start charging your rentals when we email or SMS invitations to download and install the phone apps.

How long is it from signing up to working on the system?
Realistically, we can have your system up and working in a few days. There are a couple of things that can take a little longer though - such as moving your old landline numbers across. In reality, that does not delay things, as we simply divert your numbers until such time as they are “ported” (see the porting section of the FAQ document)

What is setup and project management?
We understand that the best technology is simple and, to some degree, invisible. It’s important that systems are also implemented painlessly and professionally. After all, you are probably a small business owner and you need to concentrate on gaining customers, not managing your technology. Our team make sure you get what you need from our systems: easy-to-use technology that enables your business. Paperwork is minimal and we handle the suppliers.

I’m worried about the paperwork - I’m not a phone system expert!
Then leave it to us. There is a simple survey for you to complete, so that we can understand your business, but you aren’t on your own here. We collaborate with you to get the necessary information and then do all of the work to make it happen

How long am I committing to?
We believe that working with us should always feel right. If you are happy then you stay. If you are not, then you move on. Our idea of a contract is very different to our competitors. We simply ask for an initial 90-day agreement, which then rolls on for as long as you are happy. All we need for you to cancel is 30 days' notice. At the end of our relationship, you are able to take away any numbers which you came with, along with any you have since become attached to.

Can I add users later or does it all need to be done now?
You can add users at any time, except during your 30-day cancellation period. Whether you need to add 1 or 1000 users, you can do at any time. And you know your costs in advance - Each user is £10 to set up and £10 a month - it’s that simple.

What are the maximum and minimum number of users I can have on the system?
The minimum is 1 and there is no maximum.

I’m just starting up in business- Is it right for me?

How is the 4GPBX so affordable - should I be suspicious?
The 4GPBX is a massive system that is shared across many users. You get all of the benefits of scale such as cutting-edge technology coupled with the affordability of a system where the costs are shared and granular. The cost of your 1st user is the same as your 100th user.

Can I back out at any stage?
When you sign up, a minimal non-refundable setup fee of £10 is charged per user, as we start incurring costs, for the project management process. We then go through a process of ascertaining your needs. You are only committed to our minimum term agreement of 90 days at the point where your users are sent their invitations to download a user app instance. Until that point, you can change your mind and all you have lost is the minimal setup fee.

How long is my contract?
We have a minimum agreement of just 90 days and all you need to do to cancel is give 30 days' notice after that.
